The initial idea was to [promote,] build and sell high end luxury homes/mansions, above 10,000 SQ. ft. [so I could afford my own - similar to the way a lady may sell Avon products so she can afford her own bottle of Skin-So-Soft.] The plan, originated in September 2017 (and acted upon - when I began emailing my business proposal to bankers around the country), was to build and sell high-end 10,000 to 20,000 SQ. ft. homes, I've since revised size modifications to top at 76,111, in idea.

(Most recently I have been studying Architecture from a book " A visual Dictionary of Architecture" by Francis D.K. Ching (a company I have tried to get in contact with to no avail yet.  Hopefully his publisher got my message(s) and is pleased...). 

Much of this website has been built since it's inception in July 2018. Little has been removed, and much has been retained.

As was at the inception of the company, Davon Chadewick White, Inc. (a real estate, music and think tank venture) looks to build high-end homes. But is now seeking and available for smaller jobs (beneath $30,000) as is necessary (according to North Carolina law) - until we get our general contractors license (needed = $150,000 working capital or $2M bond (law)).  

The company is willing to accommodate and take on in necessities to work in other states, as the company's scope is national and global.
